Black List

Lynne, you are not Black listed! Not yet. Would be great to have your statement about the allegations!

What can I say, I won’t go back and forth with people like this. Ms. Goldberg adopted 2 dogs to me 4 years ago, plus I fostered a dog she gave to our rescue last year with a broken leg. I, not the DRC, took out a $4000 Care Credit Account, on my personal credit rating to pay for her corrective surgery.

Since, I have gotten into doing my own rescue. I have been fostering and adopting for a year and a half. I have saved, transported and found homes for Southern Kill-Shelter dogs. I was a founding partner of the Doodle Rescue Collective. I have a home, a family, I am a teacher and a mother. I own my home and am financially secure. My rescue, Oodles of Doodles, Inc., is registered with the state of NJ, I have a Petfinder, NJ656 and a website,, with over 1500 members. Her slander is nothing more than being pissed because I didn’t roll over and play dead when she changed her mind.

Ms. Goldberg agreed to help with a sick 14 month old puppy mill dog I was contacted about. The dog that was dropped off at my home without any papers is 3 months old. He has been with me for 2 weeks and is not sick. He was seen by a vet and has not thrown up AT ALL since I took him off corn based food and started him on Premium Kibble and Homecooking. He is only crated at night and when I am not home. When I am home, he is learning house manners and playing with my dogs. He is far from being mistreated as reported.

In a phone conversation 2 days after he arrived, Ms. Goldberg and I discussed my listing him on my PF and my taking him to my vet. We discussed being careful about the Christmas Puppy thing. She knew all. Five days later, she decided she wanted him back. She says there was no verbal agreement, there was.

In trying to see where this all is coming from, I see my ex-partner, Jacquie Yorke’s footprints all over it. When I RESIGNED (was not booted out as reported) from The Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc., she got the 501c3, I got the website, which I paid for. She has made vicious claims and slander against me for seven months, since. I won’t play the slander game with her or anyone.

I had always thought Jodi Goldberg to be a respected and respectable rescuer and person. Whether she has been influenced by my ex-partner or not, I don’t know. But her behavior is far from respectable and I don’t argue with irrational people or get caught up in the drama that sometimes comes across Facebook. She has made threats against me, my personal dogs and certainly my character but frankly, it says more about her character, than mine.

I appreciate you giving me an opportunity to make a statement before Black Listing me without evidence or fact, as these people have done. I try to do the right thing in all aspects of my life and these kinds of people, their negativity and their superiority, have been pointed out by many people and many rescues, over the past seven months.

Look at my website, look at my friends list, look at my wall, photo’s and notes. The only slander, negativity, hurtful comments, the only begging for money, the only lies will be by The Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc.’s Directors and now her friend, Jodi Goldberg and her friends. You will not see any of it put out by me or my friends. I believe I am respected in my rescue, my career and my life and won’t sully that by unfounded lies or hateful slander.

This is the only statement that will be made on the false allegations.   Thank you.

Lynne, the story of these people who attempt to defame you and others has so many chapters…and is, indeed, their own work of fiction. As you know, I seldom come to fb but I do so now to let you know this has also been done to me…and others.

Me –

From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Judy. And I might even say Thank you to the scores of people who have written me in the past few days over this new threat and over the past seven months over the DRC’s constant lies and slander.

Black List –

Lynne – thank you for your very interesting statement. Don’t worry – we don’t black list someone “out of the blue”! I will come back to you if I have further questions – I hope that is ok! 🙂

Me –

Thank you. I am always available to answer any legitimate questions and cannot tell you how appreciative I am that you do not BL “out of the blue” or judge someone based on one group’s misdirected vendetta. I regret that anyone was dragged into this unfortunate incident. I did not start rescuing to cause animosity but to save dogs. That there are people who are out there like that makes me sadder than you can know.

Lynne, do not be drawn into Black List. You are being harassed and stalked. Let those who know your work support you. They are clever and coniving people, with just enough brains to be dangerous, do not stoop to their level and be drawn into their mean spirited dialogue. Let them continue to post to your comments and let the truth be seen in all its gorry ways across facebook. Let them trip themselves up, again.

December 9 at 2:01pm

Me –

They have and are. I placed my statement and am now done with it. BL was one of the pages Ms. Goldberg posted her lies. At least I was asked my side by BL and not accused without proof as ATPAR and DRC have done.

I am happy to see the approach Black List took as it shows some professionalism, integrity, and tact. I do hope that all the other people involved in rescue and/or animal interest groups consider a similar approach. It has been my experience that Lynne has always been willing to answer questions; she just prefers that it be done with professionalism and tact, and not air “dirty laundry” or “mud-sling” in public. Lynne, if I have mispoken, please correct me. I am here to support (not put words in your mouth).

Perfect, as always. Thank you, Z.

People who really know you will never believe those liars and false accusations against you. I know you long enough too to believe IN you and your integrity. Love you very much GF!

(Note the DRC people tagged in the below Facebook Post. I count 4. So, claiming DRC had nothing whatsoever to do with this vendetta is at best, bull****)

What you are about to read is factual. Those of you who know me know that I am a person of integrity and good moral judgement. I would never slander or defame anyone that I believe to be credible and reputable but this current situation compels me to speak and set the record straight!

I have seen numerous lies and defamatory posts on Lynne Fowler’s Facebook page  ( which I have since been blocked from having access to) regarding Flynn the STOLEN 4 month old Labradoodle puppy that was surrendered to my rescue organization “All Things Pawssible Animal Rescue”  last week.

I wanted to reach out to EVERYONE in the animal welfare community and present you ALL with the real story and correct background information so that you know WHO and WHAT you may be dealing with in regards to Lynne Fowler and Rescue Collective/Oodles of Doodles.

Flynn’s welfare is precisely the reason why ATPAR was asked to take him into our rescue program and the reason why we are now trying to get him back from Lynne Fowler.

Flynn was surrendered to a rescue colleague a respected rescuer with a respected rescue organization.  She in turn asked ATPAR to take him into our rescue program with the knowledge that he was suffering with possible Laryngeal paralysis and/or Megaesophagus both very serious and possible life-threatening conditions that require extensive and expensive diagnostic testing and treatment.  Lynne Fowler offered to foster Flynn for ATPAR because as stated by Lynne she did not personally have the fianancial resources to care for a puppy like Flynn under her supposed “rescue”.

With all that in place and understood Flynn was dropped off at Lynne’s  home by a volunteer. Flynn’s release agreement is between the woman who saved him and ATPAR. NOT with Lynne Fowler!

Upon receiving Flynn, Lynne did not see what she deemed “signs of illness” and at that point decided to appropriate him and list him for adoption under her supposed rescue!”

Instead of taking Flynn to our veterinary specialist as agreed, Lynne took him to her local vet. She then refused to return Flynn to ATPAR, posted him on her Petfinder site as being in “her rescue” , started receiving applications and is now refusing to give him back to ATPAR as originally agreed.

This dog needs to be seen by a veterinary specialist and properly evaluated and a very specific course of action must be followed in order for him to be appropriately diagnosed and treated for possible Megaesophagus! Time is of the essence and Flynn’s  life could be in danger!

Lynne is not a veterinarian, nor is she a respected rescuer with a legitimate rescue organization. At best, Lynne is a “crossposter” with an online “referral service”  who is not qualified to  evaluate and place healthy animals let alone those with extensive medical issues!

Lynne can present herself any way that she chooses here in cyberspace to her cyberfriends. Good-hearted people and legitimate rescuers who are genuinely concerned with animals and animal welfare  can easily be duped as is the case here, into thinking that Lynne Fowler is all she claims to be here on Facebook and other animal rescue forums.

I assure you and I urge you all to please conduct your own  investgations before dealing in any way with this unstable, delusional, pathological poor excuse for a human being who claims to love animals! You will see that this “person” has committed numerous offenses against animals and other animal welfare organizations.

In retrospect I admit that I was far too trusting in this situation and wish that I could turn back the hands of time. Flynn should not suffer for my mistake.

Please feel free to contact me directly at

If  sharing this information saves even ONE DOG, it is still one dog saved!

How low did Ms. Goldberg go?
On another post someone asked:
Does anyone know of good reputable pug and jack russell rescues???

Jodi Goldberg responded:

Jodi Goldberg try Lynne Fowler..she will foster..oh,I forgot she will steal him and keep him for her own

December 12 at 5:08pm
Posted on her FB Page, then removed.
In cell phone text messages:

Dec 6, 2010 5:47 PM – 9:40 PM (One text message after another)
J – Waiting to hear from you so I can arrange a day and time to pick up Flynn…thanks!

I have someone waiting to hear from me about picking up Flynn!

I need to let them know so tell me when is a good time and we can move on from this

Are you giving me back the dog or not? I will do all I have to do to get him if not!

You are fucking with the wrong person you sick fuck!!

You have stolen property and I have all the proof I need.

Save your will need it for your defense atty.

I have all the resources I need!

You are a Sick, sad, pathetic, lonely hag and I loathe you and all u stand for

You are a liar a theif and an unstable pathological, delusional excuse for a human being

I’m also coming after ginger and  jack I have proof you have not lived up to the contract!!

Theres more…so much more. The main idea is that a verbal agreement turned into a lawsuit and now these wonderful people are prepared to waste their time and mine, not to mention their money and mine, by not saving dogs, but going after me and my small rescue. Wow!
Ironically, someone is doing to them what they are doing to me:

The difference a letter makes- PLEASE READ- ATPAR thanks you!

by Debbie Reilly Sanville on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 3:11pm

The piece below was written by a friend who  knows us well.  It is hard to believe we are under attack for things done by someone else…..but it is true. Pls spread the word. Thanks.

A Stolen Name – When Your Reputation Hangs on an “S”

All Things Pawssible Animal Rescue (ATPAR) located in the Philadelphia area and known for its superior endeavors in helping companion animals, has a HUGE problem.

A few months ago – just before the Christmas holiday – ATPAR received an inquiry about a sick dog that had just been “adopted” from their Hershey, PA location – a location where too many dogs were observed being kept in conditions that were questionable … except ATPAR doesn’t have a Hershey location nor does it house dogs.

Turns out a FORMERLY LICENSED DOG BREEDER has decided to operate under the guise of rescue by bringing pregnant dogs to PA from southern shelters for the purpose of selling the puppies and is calling the business:  All Things Pawsible.

ONE LETTER – an “S” – separates this dog selling operation from the reputable West Chester based rescue: All Things Pawssible.

When alerted about the Hershey operation, ATPAR took immediate action based on concerns for the dogs at this location and contacted state officials at the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement.  ATPAR conveyed to the BDLE that, per a reliable source, there were sufficient dogs so as to require a state kennel license, that the dogs were being kept in questionable conditions and that a sick dog had been sold without the paperwork that is required by Pennsylvania law.

If you aren’t aware, PA law prescribes that anyone with 26 or more dogs during a cumulative 12 month period must have a state kennel license.  This regulation creates a slightly problematic situation because if a dog warden can’t count 26 dogs on the premises – despite reports of animals having been sold – they can’t “prove” an infraction.  That said, ATPAR urged the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement to get to the property and investigate since the Hershey based operation was advertising Chihuahua puppies locally as well as via signage attached to their vehicle!  The possibility of additional sales taking place prior to Dog Law’s arrival at the premises was highly probable.

The call to the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement was made on a Friday.  A warden did not visit the property until almost one full week later because, as explained by the dog warden for that specific county, she was unavailable due to her mother’s illness.

There are several issues in the above story that might have your blood boiling but let’s fast forward to today….

ATPAR received an email the other day advising that they have been placed on a Do Not Adopt list.  It didn’t take too much investigation to determine that the Hershey based dog selling operation is the party at whom the DNA was targeted BUT the REAL RESCUE – the original All Things Pawssible – is caught in the middle.

FOR THE RECORD, the DNA that was currently issued is directed at:

All Things Pawsible (note: one “S”) who is also using the name

All Things Pawsitive is operated by

TIFFANY VALL who was the former operator of the licensed kennel

Forever Love Dog and Puppy Rescue (license surrendered in 2009) and is located at

420 Hockersville Rd, Hershey, PA 17033

Ms. Vall is responding to urgent pleas coming from southern shelters and is bringing homeless PREGNANT DOGS to Pennsylvania for the purpose of selling the puppies.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a new trend in the world of pet profiteering and, as we all know, anyone may call themselves a “rescue.”

If you happen to receive a DNA for Ms. Vall’s operation please alert the sender of the DNA of the above details and facts.

Meanwhile, ATPAR of West Chester, must now devote the precious resource of time in an attempt to clear its good name of this closely associated DNA so that they may continue to help animals in need.

Thank you.

Demanding proof. Where is your proof?

Your own posting of him as an adoptable dog does not express that he is a sick dog:

You go after another rescue, you make all rescues look like nut cases

Seems the original post has finally been removed from Facebook. It is certainly good that I copied it here. This is the depths some people in rescue will go to damage the reputation of another person based on heresay and innuendo. That someone who once called me friend and adopted 2 dogs to me and had me foster others would do this is a testimony to absurdity. To bring a frivolous lawsuit and to call someone the names I was called speaks volumes to the integrity of that person.

Lynne – You’re right, Jodi, you and Deb and your AllThings Pawssible “rescue” won. You won because I didn’t fight back. You won by default. You won because I was not going to spend my hard earned rescue funds to fight a frivolous lawsuit in which a friend, since 2006, who adopted 2 dogs to me personally, who made a verbal agreement with me decided to change her mind and demand a dog returned because he was not sick. Yup, you won. Obviously, you are so pleased and proud, that you won. I am glad you are pleased but … What have you really won? What are you going to do now? Try to take that dog away from a loving home that he has been in for 7 months? Are you going to sue that family, too? Maybe you have the funds to sue everyone who stands up to you. Yup, you’re a winner! Congratulations!

And on and on and on it goes.
